I just posted on the new Motorola Razr V3. As I run a web site, I am always looking for new places to advertise for my associates. I found the below ad on a site. Note the statement
"*To receive your gift, you must complete a sponsored offer."
PLEASE BE ADVISED - YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY ANY OTHER PRODUCT TO GET THIS MOTOROLA RAZR V3.
This offer is available to anyone who want this special (refer to my previous post New Product Announcement Special Edition RAZR). Free Shipping is already included, so you are not getting anything extra!
You don't have to buy anything from anyone unless this is what you want. Even if you don't want to do business with my associate, there are other reputable dealers who will give you a straight deal without strings attached. You are Savvy Shoppers, that's why you read my posts. This is just my opinion, but it makes me mad when I see ads like the one below; because it makes me feel as if the advertiser thinks I have no brain. I don't mind honest merchants because in the end it's the consumer's decision.
I shop online because I like the convenience of having it delivered to my door and the knowledge of knowing I can just repack it and return it to the postman or call UPS and ask them to pick it up. Also, no taxes in some cases, and free shipping, plus I don't spend as much. I get just what I am looking for or need.
I am like you - very careful about who I do business with. That is why I only do business with company I know and trust who have established recognized names and reputations. We all have our own way of making our own decisions which is our right. You be the judge of this outrageous deception. I'd love to get your comments or thoughts on this.
