Identity Theft is On the Rise - I feel Violated

I've had an un-real month. Discovered Yahoo and Google are listing other web sites with my site name and description. Thus directing traffic to their sites. Many of these sites have no contact info or physical addresses listed.

Wrote Yahoo, the response was un-believeable. Does anyone at Yahoo read these emails? They advised me to remove my site or take down the listing if I didn't want my site seen! That's not the problem.

Is my name and content so good that other sites have to use it to direct traffic to their sites?

Am I being irrational? How can you reason with someone if you don't know where they are (another Yahoo suggestion)? I would appreciate any suggestions, please leave your comments. I don't want to get into a legal battle yet.
